Our Team 

I grew up in Merritt Island Florida, a small island town off the coast of Central Florida very close to NASA. After a childhood full of watching rocket launches and hitting the beach to surf, I attended the University of Florida where I pursued a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Dance! It was in college that I discovered my passion for helping animals, and decided to pursue my Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine degree at Louisiana State University. I have a passion for small animal medicine and have a special interest in feline medicine and ultrasound imaging. In my free time I love to garden, read books, and travel. I currently live in Jacksonville Beach with my partner Greg and our only pet, a tuxedo cat named Ares!

Fun Fact

In college I went backpacking on the Laugavegur trail in Iceland, where I was able to snorkel between two different tectonic plates!

I have one tuxedo cat named Ares who is 6 years old!
